Home is Healing: Where Housing Meets Mental Health
May 12, 2026 - 12pm - 1pm - Zoom
The Parikh Giving Alliance proudly presented our annual healthcare-focused Collaboration Circle. In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, this session convened leaders from government, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors, each offering a distinct perspective on how housing and mental health are deeply connected. A safe, stable home is more than shelter—it’s a critical foundation for wellness. This conversation will explore how housing instability impacts mental health outcomes, and how cross-sector partnerships are working to create more effective, compassionate systems of care. Through a dynamic, host-guided dialogue, speakers will share real-world insights, from policy and municipal strategy, to healthcare integration, to nonprofit implementation, highlighting both the progress being made and the work still ahead.
