Review Applicant Terms for Eligibility: Ensure your organization aligns with our mission to advance initiatives related to healthcare, education, and the arts.

Select Grant Type: There are opportunities for a variety of grants including event sponsorships, program specific grants, and unrestricted funds.

Each organization may apply for multiple grants per cycle, but only one grant per organization per cycle.

Complete the Grant Application: Answer key questions to outline your organization’s goals, needs, and the impact of your project. Upload supporting documents. You will receive a "Success" message. If you do not receive a message with next steps, please let us know.

Notification and Award: Finalists are notified via email and will receive two complimentary passes to the Changemakers Breakfast - in April (to award Jan 15- Mar 15 grantees) and in August (to award May 15 - Jul 15 grantees). Checks delivered at event

Submit Your Impact Report: Each grant recipient will receive an annual impact form to complete within 30 days of receipt of the form.
Eligibility

Applicants must be a registered and active nonprofit organization with current 501(c)(3) status as recognized by the IRS.

Organizations must maintain compliance with state and federal licensing or registration requirements.

Priority will be given to initiatives that impact communities in Central Florida.
